Situation – A renowned home décor brand needed to enter new markets, launch its online and physical presence, and build an omnichannel growth strategy.
Our Role – An OO Interim Ecommerce Director led the expansion for 18 months — defining strategy, launching the marketing plan, the CRM, the store and website, building the teams, and managing the first year of operations.
Results – Successful market entry, established brand leadership, and measurable improvements in sales and customer loyalty driven by a fully operational omnichannel structure.

Situation – One fashion label engaged The OO Consulting to accelerate growth and prepare for international expansion.
Our Role – An Interim Chief Marketing Officer and an Ecommerce Director planned the global expansion roadmap, developed a full brand identity system, and a comprehensive 3-year multichannel strategy — including market phasing, financial projections, and digital evolution plans.
Results – Clear strategic direction with a premium brand positioning, and a validated multi-year growth plan to scale confidently across channels and markets.

Luxury
Situation – A high-jewelry maison needed to evolve into a lifestyle brand with a refined positioning and a cohesive brand vision.
Our Role – An OO Fractional Chief Marketing Officer led the 6-month transformation. Our advisor with solid high jewelry expertise reviewed the brand strategy, conducted market research, and developed a unified brand strategy, enabling the global digital expansion.
Results – A clear and compelling brand positioning, aligned product and retail concepts, and a successful multi-channel advertising campaign that strengthened the maison’s new lifestyle identity.

Situation – Two beauty companies needed to strengthen their omnichannel e-commerce performance during transition phases.
Our Role – One OO Fractional Directors took full P&L ownership, identified opportunities, managed risks, and executed the digital strategy. He built internal teams and agency ecosystems while driving growth, innovation, advertising, customer service, and CRM.
Results – Significant increases in sales, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases, supported by stronger digital capabilities and scalable omnichannel operations.

Jewelry
Situation A prestigious high-jewelry maison, celebrated for exceptional craftsmanship and rare gemstones, asked OO to review and redefine its digital strategy across marketing, CRM, and omnichannel e-commerce.
Our Role – One temporary OO Chief Marketing & Digital Officer (CM&DO) led the full assessment, conducting market research, scenario analysis, and a strategic review of brand positioning. The work resulted in a comprehensive 3-year roadmap detailing phases, costs, risks, and strategic priorities.
Results – The proposed roadmap, approved by the Board, became the official digital transformation plan, later entrusted to an international digital agency for execution.
